3Rs Yoga can be taught in your place of work (or offsite) for staff wellbeing initiatives.
The weekly classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate and are inclusive, gentle and restorative. Taught by Prema Jyoti (Louise Fortunato), the classes include many aspects of classical hatha yoga blended with mindful attention, self compassion and modern neuro-physiological insights into why and how such practices benefit us.

3Rs Yoga blends traditional restorative yoga and mindfulness practices with additional calming and grounding techniques to help re-set the nervous system after traumatic upheaval, periods of stress and anxiety or burnout/fatigue. Launching at the Tree Room in Colchester from 1st November, the Monday evening class is aimed at those seeking respite from stressful jobs, demanding responsibilities or who are just needing a time of recovery.

British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course Level 1
Deepening your practice
The British Wheel of Yoga (registered charity) is the national governing body for yoga in England running gold standard yoga teacher training, foundation training, specialised modules and more.
The BWY Foundation Course level 1 is a 60 hour training aimed at deepening experienced yoga students' understanding and practice of hatha yoga. It is an ideal preparation for those wishing to pursue teacher training with the British Wheel but is also a wonderful opportunity for personal development for those who just love yoga. You will learn about the history and origins of yoga, the different paths of yoga and delve into classical texts such as the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. There is also a large practical element to the course covering asana, mudra, breathing and pranayama techniques, mantra, concentration / contemplation and relaxation.
Prema Jyoti (Louise Fortunato) will be running this course in Suffolk from March 2023 over ten months (meeting 1 Saturday per month). To apply, students must have at least two years consistent yoga practice with a BWY qualified or equivalent teacher.

Yoga in the Yurt!
For private classes (1:1 or small group / family tuition)
Yoga in the yurt is a unique experience for those looking for private yoga tuition in a peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious, fully insulated / heated and set in a private, rural garden in the peaceful village of Boxted, Essex, it is an ideal mini retreat experience each time you visit.
Private classes are tailored to the individual or small group for either personal development, fitness & general wellbeing or indeed for specific health conditions / recovery from injury. All sessions are taught by Prema Jyoti (Louise), who is a highly experienced British Wheel of Yoga trained yoga teacher, yoga & Ayurvedic therapist and mindfulness teacher.
Also available in the yurt..... meditation, mindfulness, sound therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Ayurvedic massage & holistic health.
